Guest relations internship London, Paid.
Guest relations: proactively communicating with guests via email, phone and in person to build productive partnerships and inspire trust and confidence.Check-in: meet and greet the guests at their arrival.Guiding and supervising operations team members and coordinating the post-booking procedure.Achieve the highest standards of attentive customer service.Updating, confirming and making changes to customer’s reservations and advising customers of itinerary schedules.Problem solving: Cie loves it when a plan comes together, but you can’t win them all. You’ll work with teams from across the business to find solutions when things go wrong.
Please note that PIC Management is a placement agancy-only in case of getting the internship does a one-time fee apply. Furthermore, we can only consider applicants with a university agreement.
A 6 month internship is mandatory.
Our partner is a vacation rental company based in London, also venturing in property acquisition, development and management.
This internship is rewarded with 500pounds/month.
